CVC Hall collects identity, contact, event, payment-proof and operational information needed to provide bookings, protect the venue, issue financial documents, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.

What we use

Account and contact details; event date, attendance and service choices; booking communications; payment references and proof; inspection and incident records; and security audit information such as sign-in time and IP address.

How we protect and share it

Access is limited by staff role. Information is shared only with authorized CVC personnel, contracted suppliers needed for your event, payment providers you choose, hosting/communication processors under appropriate controls, or authorities where required by law. CVC does not request or store card PINs, CVVs or mobile-money PINs.

Your choices

You may view and correct profile and booking information in the portal. Contact CVC Hall on 0754665399 or cvcchoirtz@gmail.com to request access, correction, objection or deletion where legally available, or to complain. Financial and safety records may need to be retained for legal or dispute purposes.

Security and retention

Passwords are one-way hashed, sessions use protected cookies, and important changes are audited. Records are retained only for the booking, operational, financial, legal and dispute periods approved by CVC management.
